We, the partners and founders of Crewcraft AG, established your company because each individual has his own impressive CV and successful professional career as a consult, a software-engineer, a mentor and a coach.

Each individual has proven over years that his specific skill and exerience and his own capacities are requested, recognized and valued from the global markets’ participants. Together, we are making our “Crew” – and we develop, and we continuously cultivate our “Craft” for success of each one being engaged in our projects – and for the good of the whole.

Andreas L. Gross-Zerilli

BSc., Dipl. Mind Coach, SAFe 5 SPC

BSc. Andreas L. Gross-Zerilli performed his professional career over 20+ years for well-known consulting companies such as Deloitte Consulting, Lodestone Management Consultants and CapGemini Consulting. Andreas served as the responsible program delivery lead and Associated Partner and implemented successfully business- and process change solutions at global organizations in the markets of Pharmaceutical-, Chemical-, Automotive- and Finance Industries.  Andreas holds various Diplomas in Mind- and Mental Coaching and is a certified Scrum-Master (Scrum.Org), a SAFe Agilist (Scaled Agile) and  can refer on a long list of successful implementations of ERP-Systems such as large scale implementations of SAP, Oracle and JDEdwards. (SAP, JDE and Oracle are registered trademarks)

Andreas speaks fluent German, Englisch and Italian - and "Schweitzerdeutsch".

Adalbert Hospenthal

Eidg. Dipl. Programm Manager, SAFe 5 SPC

Eidg. Dipl. Project Manager Adalbert Hospenthal is known as one of the early adopters of Agile Methodologies and Strategies for Software- and Solution development in Switzerland. Adi served as a management board member over many years at the Zuger Cantonal Bank, Zug and delivered high- performance and available solutions for core baking applications. Adi joined the Crewcraft – partnership after years of being successfully self-employed and having delivered major software programs to global finance institutes and the government of the State of Switzerland. Adalbert holds degrees in Project- & Program Management, Scrum- and Scaled Agile Strategies and Software-Engineering.

Adi is fluent in German, English and French and “Schwitzerdütsch”

Rene van der Helm

Dipl. Ing., Program Manager

Dipl. Ing. Rene van der Helm joined our Crewcraft partnership form a very successful self-employment as freelancer in the field of shop-floor integration, MES-systems and Quality insurance within controlled production environments (GxP). Prior to his freelanceship Rene served for a long period as a Senior Management Consultant for Deloitte and some other Big-five consultancies. He holds various certificates and diplomas in the field of GxP, CSV and Software-Engineering. Rene is the expert in implementing “End-2-End” Business processes, -scenarios and flows in deeply structured manufacturing companies in Europe and the United States. His special field of competence is in “Aeronautic” and “shipyards”.

Rene speaks fluently German, English and Dutch – and no “Swiss-German”

Markus Ernsten

Dipl. Coach, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master

Dipl. Coach and Key-Note Speaker Markus Ernsten started his professional career as engineer of global connectivity, networks and security solutions at the globes major telecom organizations. As Head of programs he crafted and implemented secure and high-speed network infrastructures for the purpose of global collaboration and identified the fact that the permanent engagement of the top management of any organization is one of the key factors of success for complex business transformations. Markus is since decades known as a certified “Scaled Agilist” within the framework of Scaled Agility and one of the content contributors of the SAFe Framework. Proudly, Markus stands in professional exchange with Dean Leffingwell and “Scaled Agility” Network.

Markus speaks German, English and Dutch. We sometimes suspect - he might understand “Swiss-German".
